Yesterday, Hindu Samhati workers recovered a love Jihad victim minor Hindu girl Suparna Tarafdar(name changed) of South 24 Parganas district. She was a resident of Goranberiya village under Vangar Police Station. She went missing from Sonarpur area on 8th of July, 2018. Her father got the information that she eloped with a muslim youth named Salam Laskar of nearby village. Her father Nirmal Tarafdar lodged an FIR at Sonarpur Police Station whose No. is 1092/18 to get back her daughter. After that few months passed, but Police did not find the minor girl. Then her father filed a petition at Calcutta High Court to recover his daughter. Court gave a judgement ordering Chief Judicial Magistrate of Baruipur Court to form an investigation team to assist the investigation officer and issued an order to arrest the accused. But due to the neglegency of the Police, accused Salam Laskar got anticipatory bail from Alipur Judge Court. And at last finding no hope, her father contacted Hindu Samhati President Sri Debtanu Bhattacharya and appealed to rescue her daughter. He promised all types of help from HS. Then, HS workers took up the case. HS put immense pressure on Police and also contacted administration of upper level. And due to this, Police became active and recovered the girl. Her father thanked Hindu Samhati for the help to bring back her daughter. As main accused muslim youth Salam Laskar is out on bail, so HS is arranging legal steps against him.
